To create an Amazing Care account, please have the following information available:
Social Security Number(SSN)
Establishes you as the unique owner of your account and is required for IRS reporting of interest earnings
Voided Check or Savings Deposit Slip
Funding of your Amazing CARE account is done by automatic debit from your checking or savings account
You choose the timing and the amount of a one-time and/or monthly deposit from your checking or savings account
The account number and routing number from your check or deposit slip are needed to set-up deposits
Beneficiary SSN
Like any other account with a financial institution, this information is required to ensure that your money is distributed as you wish
